To operate a concrete pump in NSW you will need to apply for a high risk work license (HRWL). The first step in applying for a HRWL is to find a training course with a registered training organisation near you and enrol. From here:

• Complete your training
• Book in an assessment
• Apply for high risk work license with your local WHS

Once you have obtained your high risk licence, it is valid for 5 years.
